Refund/Return Policy:

The quality products that we offer are those that we have carefully selected to reflect our background in art and design. We believe in our products, and we strive to be fair and accurate in our descriptions and photos. 

While every effort is made to accurately describe and photograph our items, colors sometimes vary, due to lighting and the wide possible differences in computer monitor settings. 

Please read each ad carefully and buy responsibly. We sincerely encourage you to call to discuss our products if you have any questions whatsoever. (We are very personable, and we often give a discount to a site visitor, just because he or she called!)

We are not a retail store.  All sales are final subject to the conditions below.

Items that were damaged during shipment may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery for the same product. Prior to returning  merchandise, please send an email to jacktocapt@yahoo.com. You need to report any damage and request an RMA. 

Non-defective items cannot be returned without penalty.  If a returned item is found to be non-defective, you will be charged 18% of the selling price plus a $10. restocking fee. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for shipping, handling, insurance and any other cost associated with the return. Returns sent COD will be REFUSED.

All RMA numbers are valid for 5 working days from date issued, after which it EXPIRES. 

Our normal turn around / warranty repair period is 10 to 14 days .

Customers should the include RMA # on the outside packaging, and ship defective items along with a copy of the RMA form and Invoice via UPS/ Fedex.
