Beautiful Hand Crafted Drum With A Loud, Rich Sound from Both Ends. This fine instrument is 18" tall and 12" diameter. The skins are goat and are bound amazingly tight with gut. There is a gut strap woven in to the side to carry the drum. The body is made from the hollowed bulb of a coconut tree and is finished. These are great to play but also make a very strong and comfortable seat or end table. The craftsmanship is beautiful and traditional. I have had many different drums and particularly like this design for the bold sound and ascetics
