This is possibly the best shell we have ever acquired. Both the tip and tail are near perfect and the color is deep golden orange with rich, deep luster. I like this shell! It is very rare to find a shell of this size without minor holes from cleaning the barnicales but this shell is free of these imperfections. This is as near perfect as I have ever seen. The pictures do not do justice to this shell. It is huge at 23.5" long and weighs 7.5 pounds.

These are extremely difficult to acquire so if you ever think you would ever like to have one, I suggest get it now while they are available.

This is a very beautiful piece and a great accent for any home or office.
